Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 3DREAMS Dashboard (the “Service”). This Service is a private application provided for authorized internal use only. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Access and Use

  • Authorized Use: Access to the Service is granted solely to authorized personnel for legitimate internal business purposes related to 3DREAMS operations.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
    • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any internal policies.
    • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
    • Sharing your access credentials with unauthorized individuals.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all underlying software, data, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, and all other elements of the Service (“Materials”), are the property of 3DREAMS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service strictly for authorized internal purposes.

3. Confidentiality

All data and information accessed through the Service, including LiDAR data, analytics, and operational information, are considered confidential. You agree to handle such information with the utmost care and in accordance with internal data security and confidentiality policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3DREAMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or internal policies.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to authorized users through internal channels. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal regulations and policies of 3DREAMS and applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
